Request a Second Opinion
Choose your preferred package, your preferred expert and provide us with information about your pet and their condition.
- Your pet
We’ll start by asking about your pet’s name, their gender and species. We’ll adjust our specialist selection based on your answers.
- Package
Choose which package you’d prefer. You can ask just for a report, or include a follow-up video call with our specialist.
- Expert
- Detailed information
We’ll ask you for some more details about your pet, their medical condition and history of treatment. You’ll be able to ask our specialist up to five questions.
Expert matching & review
Once your expert is chosen, they will review your case and prepare a second opinion report.
After choosing a package:
- Your specialist carefully reviews all submitted information.
- They prepare a thorough, personalized second opinion report, backed by their experience.
- If you selected the package that includes a call, the expert will also provide 3 available time slots for you to choose from.
Receive expert input
Receive your second opinion in the form of a second opinion report, including follow-up questions, and an optional follow-up video call.
